LoveComo

A holiday rental agency on Lake Como that manages villas and apartments in Menaggio, Lenno, Brienno and nearby villages.

Why people love it

• Responsive team. Vittoria is named in many reviews and Ludovica and Ciara in others. Guests say they answer messages quickly and helped one group find their villa.
• Apartments and villas. Guests describe Villa Perpenti, Casa Julia and Corte Masnate as clean, well equipped and bigger than the photos.
• Pools and views. Several properties have a pool or lake views, and guests praise them.
• Locations. Menaggio Centro and The Dolce Vita are described as steps from restaurants and the lake.

Why they come back

"Second time now in a row with LoveComo. Excellent dedicated and friendly service"

The worst thing guests say

This is a rental agency, so quality varies by property. Three low ratings are all older. In May 2023 a guest said a broken toilet was not fixed before or during their stay. A July 2022 guest said the company did not respond. A 2018 guest was unhappy with an apartment and service. A 2024 guest found the private beach dirty and the apartment hard to cool, and a 2025 guest had no blinds on the skylights.

Insider tips

• Check the property's air conditioning if you travel in a heat wave.
• Ask about parking, since some units have private parking or a garage.
• Some properties have steep access, so ask before you book.
• Contact the team early if you have trouble finding the villa.
