Why people love it

• Welcoming staff. Reviewers name reception staff as smiling and helpful, and some mention that reception speaks French. One guest got a refund for a night they cancelled.

The worst thing guests say

Check-in times are the most repeated problem. In reviews from 2021 to 2023, three guests were turned away or treated unkindly for arriving after 8 or 9:30 PM. In May 2026 a guest who arrived late at night with two children, including a 6-month-old, called it one of the worst hotel experiences they had had. In September 2026 a guest said a room booked for two adults and a child was refused at reception. One September 2026 guest noted cleanliness lapses such as hair in the bathroom and stained towels.
