Rude or hostile staff is the most repeated complaint. A guest in August 2025 said staff laughed at them, and earlier reviews from 2020 to 2022 describe an owner screaming at a guest and staff rolling their eyes. In May 2026 a guest wrote that the air conditioning does not get cold, the internet barely loads and housekeeping entered unannounced. In September 2025 a guest said they were overcharged for a panoramic lake view room with a wall in the way. Several 2026 guests say the air conditioning is only a fan, and others say rooms are small and dated.
