Two 1-star reviews in September 2026 describe a room with cold water and an air conditioner that did not work for 5 days, and one says the owner said nothing was wrong. In November 2025 a 1-star guest reported mold on the curtains and weak security with a master key, and in March 2025 a guest found nobody at reception at 9 PM. Among the 21 reviews with text from June to September 2026, a 3-star guest in July 2026 also found the air conditioning not strong enough.
