Best Western Premier CHC Airport

A 4-star airport hotel in Genoa's Sestri Ponente area with a lounge bar, a steam room, parking and a shuttle.

Why people love it

• Quiet, comfortable rooms. Guests describe spacious, clean rooms, large bathrooms and a great shower, and one says soundproof windows made it quiet.
• Easy for flights and cruises. Guests booked it for a night before a flight or cruise. It is close to the airport and Sestri Ponente train station.
• Breakfast. Opinions vary. One 2026 guest said the breakfast was very good, and another gave it 6 out of 10.
• Parking. Guests mention private parking.

The worst thing guests say

Noise and staff attitude. An August 2026 guest got no sleep for two nights because they could hear neighbors and people in the corridor, and others reported poor soundproofing in 2023 and cleaning staff slamming doors in April 2026. Guests in August and September 2026 described a rude receptionist or breakfast room employee. A November 2025 guest had no water in the room. The restaurant never opened in August 2026 according to a guest, and older reviews describe an unreliable shuttle and a poor restaurant.

Insider tips

• Ask for a room away from corridors if noise bothers you.
• Do not count on the on-site restaurant. A guest in August 2026 ate at a local restaurant a few hundred meters away.
• If you need the shuttle, confirm it with the hotel first.
