• Location. Guests say it is less than five minutes from the train and bus stations and next to the indoor market.
• Free food. Guests mention coffee on arrival and free pasta, eggs, croissants and juice.
• Female dorms. One guest in March 2026 said the female dorms are in a separate building.
• Staff. A reception guide is praised for helping a guest find another place to stay and for a city map.

The worst thing guests say

Cleanliness and crowding are the common complaints. Three guests in 2024 described a crowded room, 20 people sharing three bathrooms and a small locker. In September 2026 a guest was burned by a hot reading lamp on an upper bunk. In June 2025 a guest said the air conditioning was turned off at night. In August 2023 a guest reported a robbery, and in October 2026 one called the hostel a dungeon.

Insider tips

• Bring a padlock for the locker.
• Light sleepers should bring earplugs for the snoring and street noise.
• Ask for the female dorm if you are a woman traveling alone.
