Why people love it
- Francesca and the team. Francesca is named in many reviews, along with Valeria, for restaurant tips, train help and meeting guests on the street with baggage.
- Location. Guests say it is across the street from the Accademia and about 300 meters from the Duomo.
- Space for families. Guests describe two and three bedroom apartments with kitchens, high ceilings and room for six people.

The lowest ratings are 3 and 4 stars. Two guests, in 2022 and 2023, found the beds uncomfortable, and one in 2022 said blinds would not close. A 2019 guest said the building is old and could use minor renovation, and a 2017 guest found the Wi-Fi weak. Since 2024, the reviews checked contain no complaints.
