Noise comes up most. A guest in September 2025 reported paper-thin walls, a June 2026 guest noted stairwell noise, and a July 2026 guest heard other rooms. In July 2024 a guest said the air conditioning was weak. A guest in May 2025 was charged a fee for a cancellation and others reported a luggage drop-off problem in 2023. In September 2025 a guest was told to check in at another hotel.
