Dated rooms and unfriendly management come up in reviews from July 2025, July 2024, and August 2023, and one guest in September 2024 said the heating was not working at 2 degrees outside. A July 2026 guest found a locked connecting door between rooms, and in October 2026 a guest said there was not enough parking. Recent 5-star reviews far outnumber these.
