The worst thing guests say

Reservations not honored were the most serious problem. In September 2025, four guests said the hotel did not provide the room they had booked, including a group of three told the booking was for one, and one left outside for the night. In July 2024 one guest reported drunk strangers entering their room. Comfort issues recur: noisy beds and a sofa bed in September 2026, old and worn rooms, and AC problems in 2024.
