The worst thing guests say

Booking and refund disputes recur. Between August 2025 and February 2026 at least four guests said the hotel would not move or refund a booking made by mistake, and one in January 2026 said a night manager tried to charge for double occupancy. Comfort complaints are also recent: worn mattresses and flimsy pillows (September 2026, May 2026), dirty walls (October 2026) and a bed that was too small (September 2026). An August 2023 guest reported mildew in a bathroom.
