Guests since April 2025 report room problems and reception issues. In August 2026 the air conditioning was not working and the staff gave them a fan. In October 2025 a guest had a clogged sink. In April 2025 a guest said check-in took more than 35 minutes and three rooms were booked instead of two. In February 2025 a heater could not be turned off. There is no elevator and no view from some rooms.
