• Breakfast. Guests call it excellent and plentiful. It is served in the breakfast room or in the internal garden, and the hosts adapted it to guests' preferences.
• Spacious, clean rooms. Guests say the rooms are larger than typical Italian rooms, newly remodeled and cleaned daily.

In 173 Google reviews the lowest ratings are two 1-star reviews from January and February 2024 from guests who did not stay. One was about a cancellation after illness and one objected to being called by the business about a review. Among stayers, the only gripe is that the walk up the hill with luggage is steep, mentioned by one guest in April 2025.
