Serious complaints come from 2024 and 2021. In September 2024 two guests said the manager cancelled their reservation days before they flew to Italy. In July 2024 a guest said items went missing from the room safe, and in August 2021 a guest said two bicycles were stolen from the yard. In November 2025 a guest called the stay terrible after a late problem on arrival. In 2025 and 2026 most stayer reviews are 5 stars.
