Housekeeping and room faults. In September 2026 a guest found toothpaste residue in the bathroom and bedroom. Since 2024 guests report poor soundproofing in October 2025, a shower tray that floods the room, a sewer smell in 2024, a small leak in August 2026, and little crockery in apartments. In 2022 a guest who had paid for parking arrived to find the lot full and the booking cancelled.
