Why people love it

• Location. Guests point to the spot opposite the train station and a short walk to the center and the port, where boats leave for the Sanguinaires Islands.
• Underground parking. Several 2026 reviewers say the covered, free garage with chargers for electric cars is a big plus.

The worst thing guests say

Cleanliness and the booking process come up in the last two years. A guest in March 2025 left after one night citing filthy sheets with hair and stains, and one in August 2024 left after three nights citing hair on the bed and a musty smell. In June 2025 a group found the hotel could not find their reservation. In September 2026 a guest said the former manager treated their partner, who has a disability, unacceptably, and says she has since left. Several guests from 2024 to 2026 also describe unfriendly reception staff or no flexibility on cancellations. Of the 15 most recent reviews that describe a stay, none mention cleanliness problems.
