The newest reviews cannot be used. In October 2026 nine five-star reviews, mostly from people who never stayed, praise the hotel for refusing entry to two people who damaged a statue, so they were set aside. Among overnight guests, an August 2026 guest left after arrival citing visible mold and signs of water leaks, and a June 2026 guest found a musty room. Guests in May 2026, November 2025 and September 2025 complained about train noise from as early as 5 a.m. Guests from 2025 and 2026 also report extra charges, small rooms and heat.
