Why people love it
- Simona and Corrado. Nearly every recent review names the owners. A group of nine on Vespas said Simona took care of them, and another guest was given breakfast even though they had booked without it.
- Clean rooms. Guests call the rooms spotless, simple and cozy. A couple with a 6-month-old said the bed was very comfortable and the baby slept well.
- Breakfast and dinners. Guests mention fresh seasonal fruit at breakfast. One guest says Corrado cooks Sardinian specialties when dinner is available.
- Walkable location. A guest in October 2025 said it is within easy walking distance of the city center.

The worst thing guests say
Several 1-star reviews exist, but none looks like a recent guest complaint. Two from 2024 and 2023 are from people who say they never stayed or had a booking dispute with the owner. Four short ones from 2022 and 2023 mention smell, mosquitoes and poor soundproofing without detail. Every review from the newest 30, since May 2025, is 4 or 5 stars.

- Rooms are small to simple, so ask about size if you travel with a lot of luggage.
