Food hygiene is the most serious complaint. In September 2025 a 1-star guest reported fly larvae at breakfast, found when a relative peeled a hard-boiled egg, and in December 2021 another reported food poisoning from a yogurt. In August 2026 a 3-star guest found broken glass in the room and unclean walls. In March 2026 a 1-star described traffic noise day and night, and in May 2025 a guest said the AC did not work the first night. Among 13 stayer reviews since July 2026, the lowest rating is 3 stars.
