Why people love it
- Staff. Guests describe the staff as friendly and helpful, including the woman at the bar and breakfast. A guest with disability needs called the rooms perfectly accessible and the staff the most helpful they had met.
- Renovated rooms. Reviewers call the rooms beautifully renovated and modern, with air conditioning that works well.
- Breakfast. It is described as plentiful, with cold cuts, breads and cakes. A cycling group called it sensational.
- Cyclists and value. A solo bike traveler could store their bike safely, and several guests call the price good for what you get.
The worst thing guests say
In 20 reviews since June 2026, the lowest rating is 4 stars. In August 2025 a 1-star guest reported shoes stolen from a suitcase in their room (the rest is cut off). In August 2023 a guest in a street-facing room found it very noisy with poorly insulated windows. Guests in August and September 2026 note the hotel is outside the center, about 25 to 30 minutes on foot, with a bus stop in front.
Insider tips
- Reserve the underground garage ahead; a September 2026 guest advised contacting the hotel in advance.
- Ask for a room at the back, away from the road.
- The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel.
