Why people love it

• Location. Guests describe it as central yet quiet. A March 2026 guest counted a 5-minute walk to St. Mark's Square and nearby vaporetto stops.
• Afternoon coffee and cookies. Guests mention coffee, biscuits, juice and water offered in the lobby in the afternoon.
• Breakfast. Guests call breakfast good, generous and delicious. One August 2026 guest noted it is served until noon, and a May 2026 guest had breakfast on the patio.
• Staff. Antonella is named at breakfast. In February 2026 the manager held a guest's luggage until 3:00 PM on a day the hotel closed at 1:00 PM for renovation.

In 23 Google reviews from September 2025 to October 2026, the lowest rating is 4 stars. The complaints are that rooms are a little small (October 2026), that a room could have been cleaner (December 2025) and that breakfast did not have much variety (January 2026). A 3-star review from February 2025 said service was more ordinary than the reviews suggested, and guests in 2018 and 2019 found the beds hard.
