• Location. Guests say it is 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and vaporetto stops, with a private dock in the alley outside.
• Martina and Carolina. They are named in several April reviews, and a hotel manager helped a guest find a room at midnight when their booking fell through.
• Clean, renovated rooms. Several 2026 reviewers say it is clean, small and newly renovated.
• Breakfast. Guests describe it as simple but more than adequate, and one couple received candles at breakfast for a birthday.

The worst thing guests say

Noise from the bar below. A July 2025 guest left after one night, a May 2026 guest warned rooms facing the backyard stay noisy until closing time, and a 2022 and a 2023 review say the same, and the stairwell motion sensor beeped all night. Other recent issues: air conditioning off during a July 2026 heat wave, and in 2024 a guest was refused a bill at check-out. Bites were reported once in 2019.
