In September 2025 a guest said a bike was stolen from the locked bike parking and a package was lost. Other 2025 complaints include a bar with no staff, a broken refrigerator door and strict visitor rules, including leaving ID and a check-in limit of 11 pm. In September 2026 a guest said the hotel did not reply to messages.
