The worst thing guests say

Reviews are split. Since September 2026, one guest rated it 1 star after arriving at 1 am to find no staff and a prepaid booking, and another said the toilet paper rolls from earlier guests had not been removed. In 2024, three guests reported a smell in the room and a courtyard view they said was not disclosed. Several 2026 guests say there is no reception and that the room is noisy from traffic.
