Why people love it
- Location. Guests say the Grand Canal is half a minute away and the city center and train station are walkable.

The worst thing guests say
The most serious complaints are older. In September 2023, two guests reported billing and cancellation disputes. In June 2025 a guest said suite 3 was not properly prepared, with water and shower gel missing, and in June 2026 another guest rated it 3 stars. Since January 2026 the other reviews with text are 4 and 5 stars.
