- Spotless, modern apartments. Guests describe new, clean apartments with kitchenettes, dishwashers and washing machines. One guest said detergent was even provided.
- The location. Guests say most sights, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, 2 to 3 minutes from the Grand Canal.
