The worst thing guests say

Booking problems are the most serious complaint. Three guests (2020, 2023 and June 2025) said their confirmed room was cancelled shortly before arrival because of overbooking, one after buying non-refundable train tickets. A December 2025 guest rated service among the poorest they had experienced. Since March 2026 the 15 reviews with text are all 4 or 5 stars.
