- Reception. Giovanni, Nadia and Monia are named for friendly help. Two guests in 2025 and 2026 received a free room upgrade.
- Rooms. Guests describe large, quiet rooms with comfortable beds, large showers and a small terrace or balcony.

The worst thing guests say
Cancellation refusals are the most serious: in March and June 2024 two guests unable to arrive because of a hydrofoil disruption and a car breakdown said the hotel would not refund. Other guests mention weak soundproofing between rooms in August 2024, and air conditioning that cannot be regulated in 2024. A November 2025 guest was disappointed with the breakfast.
