The worst thing guests say

Booking reliability is the main concern. In October 2025 a guest booked by phone, and found on arrival at 8 pm that the reservation was missing and the hotel was full. In January 2026 a guest said the website price for a superior room was far above what other booking sites showed. A June 2026 guest reported damp sheets and a weak shower. Older reviews mention water outages and AC problems.
