The worst thing guests say

In May 2026 a guest left after two nights, citing mold on the wall near the bath, very hard beds and basic rooms. In July 2025 another guest found ants in the room and a breakfast room with the AC off. Several guests in 2026 also say the lift only carries luggage and the stone stairs are steep.
