Several complaints are about rooms. In November 2024 a guest found what they believed was a bed bug and in April 2025 a group of five rooms had stuffy air with a moldy smell in three. AC problems are in reviews from May 2024, October 2024 and April 2026. In July 2026 a guest said staff were unhelpful and there were no bellmen. Others mention noise from the street.
