The worst thing guests say

Rooms are the main complaint. Reviews from 2025 and 2026 describe dated rooms, dirty air conditioners, doors that stick and humidity. A July 2026 honeymooner called it overpriced and outdated, and a May 2026 guest said internet was too slow for work. One guest in August 2025 said hotel management ignored a racist insult from another guest at the pool. Newer rooms with sea views are rated much higher than older ones.
