Service and honesty. In September 2026 two guests called service subpar, one saying staff were not welcoming. A July 2026 guest said the pool is a 20 minute shuttle away. Older 1-star reviews include a penthouse booking given as a regular room in 2024, a tax dispute in 2022, a cancelled booking in 2024 and a theft report in 2023. Most 2026 reviews are 4 or 5 stars.
