- The staff. Mario is named in several reviews for restaurant advice, a gift bottle of prosecco and chats in the garden. Fabrizio at reception is also named. The reception is open 24 hours.
- Breakfast on the terrace. Guests describe a large buffet served on a terrace over the sea.

In the last two years the lowest ratings are a 2-star in September 2026 and a 3-star in August 2025. Both say the rooms are worn and dated, with many stairs. The September 2026 guest also found reception less friendly. Older 3-star reviews from 2018 to 2024 repeat the dated, small rooms and no parking. One 1-star in 2020 was about a cancelled trip.
