Cleanliness and pests. In June 2026 a guest reported bed bugs and an allergic reaction on the flight home. In October 2026 a guest had allergies from dusty rugs, drapes and bedding with a mildew smell. In September 2026 a guest found hair in the shower, garbage on the bathroom floor and cigarettes in the balcony planter, and another found cleaning minimal. Rude reception staff and billing disputes also recur, including a charge for a cancelled room in 2024, and a September 2026 guest saw pigeons on restaurant tables.
