Maintenance and room condition. In August 2026 one guest reported a lot of mold in the bathroom and rooms needing renovation. In June 2026 another said the bathrooms are tiny and smaller after renovation, the air conditioning was broken and the elevator was out of order. In April 2026 a guest mentioned safety issues in the room. Guests in 2024 and 2025 said management answered criticism with accusations or staff lacked authority. Older reviews mention noise and old furniture.
