The worst thing guests say

Service gaps and value for money. In September 2026 one guest said the air conditioning was not working, calling it the only downside. In June 2026 another said that after 6 pm shops close and there is nowhere to buy water or fruit. In January 2025 one guest said a restaurant reservation request went unanswered, and in 2023 another found no real reception and called it poor value at 190 euros. A 2021 guest said the Deluxe room differed from the website photos.
