Parking comes up most. Guests in April 2025, July 2026 and August 2026 said the spaces are limited or reserved, and one in April 2025 was sent to a public lot after confirming a reserved space. Two guests in September 2026 and April 2025 said reception staff were rude. A guest in December 2025 said they were refused a partial refund when cancelling for health reasons.
