Why people love it

• Staff. Rosa, Maria, Franco the manager and Barbara are named by guests. One guest wrote that every staff member, from the shuttle drivers to housekeeping, deserved top marks.
• Food. Guests ate dinner at the restaurant several times in October 2026 and praised the food and value. A cooking school beside the pool is recommended by a May 2026 guest.
• Garden and views. Guests mention birdsong, a lush garden and views over the gulf from rooms and the pool. A June 2026 guest says animals are welcome.
• Free shuttle. Guests in August and October 2026 say the shuttle to Sorrento center is free and works well.

In 24 reviews from April to October 2026, the lowest rating is 4 stars, from May 2026, and the visible text is about the pool view and dinner, with suggestions cut off. Two 1-star reviews from 2024 are more serious. In October 2024 a guest wrote that they felt discriminated against as an Asian guest on the day of a cooking class, and in August 2024 another guest left a review reading only 'Racist'. Both are outside the last 24 months, and neither is repeated in the 2026 reviews. Older reviews from 2021 and 2023 mention rude staff and a narrow access road.
