Communication and rooms. In May 2026 a guest was unhappy that everything runs through WhatsApp, said English was limited and that parking is in a free zone outside the historic area. A 2025 top-floor guest reported many bugs, and two more mentioned tight space or a small shower with a cloth curtain. In June 2023 a guest had a power cut and a very small shower.
