The worst thing guests say

The most serious recurring complaint is that the room did not match what was booked. In March 2025 a guest who booked a suite got a standard room. In August 2025 a guest who booked a superior lake-view room said they were given a terrible one. In April 2026 a guest said the room did not match the description in several respects and was unusable. Two guests (August 2023 and April 2024) disputed charges. A December 2025 guest wrote that their family was robbed after booking a boat trip through reception, and the details are cut off. An October 2025 guest reported dirty towels. In 15 other stayer reviews from February to October 2026 the ratings are 4 or 5 stars. A May 2026 visitor was refused a toilet and is not a guest.
