Two serious staff complaints fall within the last two years. In November 2025 a guest titled their review disappointing and discriminatory, describing an incident at the breakfast restaurant, and the rest is cut off. In October 2024 a guest was shocked by rude staff, especially one responsible employee. A June 2026 guest rated 2 stars, writing it is hugely overpriced for an average 4-star experience, and another June 2026 guest called the interior a bit dated. A 2024 guest said the 5-star listing was out of date. A February 2026 visitor who paid EUR 20 for one hour in the gym described it as small and poorly equipped.
