Why people love it

• Staff named by guests. Elena, Simona, Mattia and Emanuela are thanked by name in 2026 reviews. One couple on an engagement trip said staff decorated the room and organized a photographer.
• The rooftop pool and bar. One guest found the roof quiet despite the traffic nearby, and two others praised bartender Monika's Aperol spritz at the pool bar.
• New, clean rooms. Guests describe a very new hotel with wood interiors, USB-C ports and spotless rooms.
• Breakfast. A buffet is served outside from 7:30 to 10:30, and several guests call it generous. One June 2026 guest gave 3 stars for a poor choice.

The worst thing guests say

The most serious problem is bookings. Four guests between June 2025 and April 2026 said the hotel cancelled a confirmed reservation shortly before arrival, one with less than 24 hours' notice. In April 2026 one guest reported bed bug bites and said an ambulance and the police were called. Two guests in summer 2025 said they were told after booking that dogs were not allowed despite pet-friendly listings. A 2025 guest described mold and an outdated room. Reviews from June to September 2026 are almost all 5 stars.
