The worst thing guests say
The 21 most recent reviews with text (August to October 2026) are 4 or 5 stars, and a separate August 2026 1-star review says only "Don't come." Over the past two years, several 1-star guests describe the same problems. Reception was called rude in July 2024 and September 2025, the latter over bed sizes in a room booked for four adults. Air conditioning was not working in July 2024 and September 2022. In May 2026 one guest reported an extreme dust mite problem. In June 2026 a guest drove around 45 minutes looking for parking.
Insider tips
- It is a 20 to 30 minute walk to the center, though escalators from the train station shorten it.
- Ask about parking before you drive. A June 2026 guest struggled to find a space.
- Test the air conditioning on arrival. Two stays reported it not working.
- Check the bed setup against your booking if you are traveling with children.
