The worst thing guests say

Beds are the most repeated complaint. Two guests in August 2024 called the beds very uncomfortable, one describing a lumpy spring mattress that creaks. In September 2025 a guest said the owner took criticism poorly. Reviews since then, through September 2026, do not mention beds or the owner's response.
