The worst thing guests say

Room size and booking errors. In June 2026 one guest paid for a Deluxe room and was put in a smaller standard room, and another waited a long time after telling the hotel they were on their honeymoon. In June 2025 a guest arrived to find the reservation cancelled, and in October 2025 a guest said a passport was stolen from the room. Small rooms appear in at least five reviews from 2025 and 2026.
