The worst thing guests say
Outdated, worn rooms. Between June 2025 and August 2026 at least eight guests gave 1 star and described stained or worn bedding, ripped carpet, a musty smell, poor air conditioning and broken furniture. Two guests said keys failed repeatedly or a room phone did not work, and one in August 2025 described the reception staff as unfriendly and felt it was discriminatory.
