Staff conduct and room problems. In September 2026 a guest checked out three days early after a cleaner entered their room in the evening. In September 2025 a guest said a toilet did not work and the front desk did nothing. Between 2022 and 2025 several others described rude reception staff, strict rules and noise after midnight, and one guest reported being robbed in April 2023.
