Why people love it

• Breakfast. Guests describe it as excellent, with a lot of choices, and one says not to skip it.
• Staff. Enrico at reception is named for helping a guest in Spanish and English, and the guest extended their stay by 2 days. Reception staff also suggested museums to visit.
• Restaurant and bar. Mustafa is named for service at the restaurant, and Nicola and Cecilia at the Elio Bar.
• Rooms. One guest says the smallest room was nowhere near as small as expected. Another liked the shower.
• Neighborhood. It is close to Borghese Gardens, and a guest in September 2026 enjoyed walking and dining in the surrounding area.

The worst thing guests say

Loud music is the most repeated complaint. A guest in October 2026 reported music pumping at all times of day in the lobby, and a guest in September 2026 said music in public areas was much too loud. In November 2024 a guest reported a party until 2 am with no help from the front desk, and in September 2022 a guest said the restaurant and bar turns into a nightclub from Thursday to Saturday with no sound isolation in rooms. Billing and service issues appear too: a double charge at checkout in January 2026, and housekeeping that did not clean a room for several days in July 2026.
