Why they come back
"The room was fully equipped, the location perfect, and Diana was always attentive to all our requests. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome."
The worst thing guests say
Entry system and noise. In May 2025 one guest gave 2 stars because entering the building and the guesthouse needed website codes and the room key did not open the inner door. In April 2025 another guest said the soundproofing is poor and you can hear neighbors. Among 22 recent reviews with text these are the only complaints.
